Seclusion is aptly named. This lovely, full log, rustic style cabin is nestled on over two and one-half wooded acres. And for the pet owners, just installed, a new Fenced Yard.
Seclusion is a rustic style single level, two bedroom, one bath dog friendly log cabin (No Cats) that sleeps up to four (4) guests and offers the following:
- One king-size bedroom with 12 Inch Flat Screen Cable TV
- Additional king-size bedroom with 12 Inch Cable TV
- One full-size bathroom
- Comfy living area with a wood burning fireplace, 27 Inch Flat Screen Cable High Definition TV, Roku Wireless, DVD Player, Movies, Books, Telephone
- All rooms have vaulted ceilings and located on a single level
- Central heating and air, washer/dryer
- Free hi-speed wireless internet and Long Distance
- Gated porch and decks with rocking chairs, swing, propane gas grill
- Fenced Yard for the doggies, great outdoor fire-pit.
- Separate deck with large hot tub
- Enclosed lower patio game room, with ping/pong and pool tables, and rocking chairs
- Spa quality soap, hair dryer, and towels
The fully equipped kitchen includes:
- Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, glassware, pots, pans, cutlery, utensils, coffee beans, coffee grinder, and coffee maker
The only items you’ll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
Doggies Always Stay Free! (Please No Cats) There are no size, weight limits, breed restrictions, or pet deposits!
Because Sliding Rock Cabins® is truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food and water bowls, toys, treats, and beach towels.

- Standard season rate September 02 2024 – September 30 2024, two (2) night minimum stay
- Leaf season rate October 01 2024 – November 10 2024, three (3) night minimum stay
- Standard season rate November 11 2024 – November 26 2024, two (2) night minimum stay
- Thanksgiving Holiday season rate November 27 2024 – November 30 2024, four (4) to seven (7) night minimum stay, depending upon cabin

- Christmas/New Year Holiday season rate December 18 2024 – December 31 2024, five (5) night minimum stay, no check-in on Christmas Day

We stayed during leaf season, but the second week in October was too soon to see any change yet. The cabin was clean, well kept, had everything we needed, and was comfortable for relaxing. The porch was cozy and had multiple swings and rocking chairs. We were, however, so disappointed that the hot tub was not working the entire time. It’s one of our favorite things about these cabins. According to the guest book, we had not been the only guests at Seclusion that were unable to use the hot tub. My suggestion would be to double check before booking if you are planning on using tue hot tub.

This was our second stay at Seclusion, and it was amazing. We all enjoyed the game room. My favorite place was the swing! It was sweet to see the deer grazing each day. We were able to relax and recharge. We hope to visit again!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seclusion. It was peaceful and quiet which is what my wife really needed after her mom's passing.
Had a super stay in our cabin. Hiked down behind cabin to a creek waterfall. Cabin had everything we needed and was comfy and cozy.
Nightly Rates are for up to four (4) guests. No additional guests are allowed. All cabins require a cleaning fee, along with a Non-Refundable Processing Fee, along with Taxes. All rates and seasons are subject to change. Rates include the holiday and surrounding nights.
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due thirty-one (31) days prior to arrival date. A refundable Security Deposit is required, along with a copy of a current picture identification, such as Driver’s License, Military, Firefighter, or Law Enforcement ID. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than thirty-one (31) days to arrival date, minus a $59 cancellation fee, plus tax. No refund offered for cancellations made thirty-one (31) days or less from arrival date.
