Another amazing stay!

This was our 4th or 5th time in Riverhouse Retreat and it continues to deliver. Sliding Rock is by far the best rental company we have ever used in any market. If it is in the description I promise it is exactly what you will find amongst arrival. You owe it to yourself to give this little Gem a chance and you won't regret it!

Ruverhouse

The cabin was great, the views were beautiful, the hikes were nice. However, the road to the cabin was washed out and we almost got stuck three different times. Sliding backwards trying to climb the hill was very scary. Recommend road repair or a 4 wheel drive.

A beautiful mountain getaway

Riverhouse Retreat was a roomy, well appointed log cabin. It sits on a gorgeous lot with a beautiful creek as the front yard. Screened porch, decks, hot tub, fenced yard—what else could you need? It feels far away from the real world when actually only a few minutes away from things to see and do. Part of the road is unsaved and pretty rough, so be prepared. I was glad we were in a truck with 4 wheel drive.

Riverhouse Retreat

This is our 2nd stay here. The location is perfect between Ellijay and Blue Ridge. Plenty of hiking trails and waterfalls to visit. Nice to have a place to come back to with a hot tub and barbecue grill.

Serene Beauty

The cabin is just beautiful inside and out! The creek gurgles as it passes by the cabin which is so enjoyable from the screen porch or at the fire pit. Peaceful, Serene and Comfortable are the words I use when I think of our stay.
