Sliding Rock Cabins has been locally managing vacation homes in the North Georgia mountains since 2001. We were the first in the area to say, “Bring your pets — they’re family, too,” and that belief remains at the heart of who we are today.

We intentionally keep our collection of cabins limited so we can provide the personal attention our owners, their homes and our guests deserve. We know our owners, their cabins and their dogs — and many of our returning guests know us by name, too. That’s the kind of relationship we value.

What We Handle

Our local team takes care of the day-to-day details of vacation rental management while keeping you connected to what’s happening with your property.

• Reservations & Guest Service — We manage reservations and guest communication from booking through departure. Owners can view reservations and activity through our Owner Portal.
• Housekeeping & Property Care — Our housekeeping and management teams work together to keep cabins clean, guest-ready and well cared for. Every cabin is inspected before and after each guest stay, helping us identify and communicate concerns quickly.
• Maintenance — We coordinate routine, preventative and emergency maintenance and communicate with owners about property needs and recommended solutions.
• Marketing — Each cabin receives its own presence on the Sliding Rock Cabins website, with thoughtfully created listing content and carefully selected photography, along with exposure through the marketing channels that make sense for the property.
• Owner Reporting & Administration — We maintain rental records, provide both electronic and hard-copy owner statements and payouts, and handle applicable sales and lodging tax administration.

We’re Selective About the Cabins We Manage

Our goal isn’t to add as many cabins as possible. We selectively consider properties that complement our existing collection and allow us to maintain the level of personal service our owners and guests expect.

We’re especially interested in well-maintained, pet-friendly cabins with strong guest appeal — including mountain or waterfront settings, privacy, inviting outdoor living spaces, fenced yards, hot tubs, king bedrooms and easy guest access.

Not every cabin has to check every box. We’re looking for the right combination of location, condition, amenities and overall guest experience.
