Access Information
Nativa is accessed by private gravel mountain roads. For the smoothest arrival, and for preservation of the roadway, the Road Committee recommends four-wheel drive, with all-wheel drive considered the minimum recommendation.
Cancellation & Deposit Policies
**A 50% deposit is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 31 days before arrival. Cancellations made more than 31 days in advance will receive a refund minus a $65 fee; cancellations within 31 days are non-refundable unless rebooked.

We had a great time and the property was perfect for our getaway!
We love Nativa, it provides everything we look for in a mountain retreat. The view every morning watching the sun comes up is beautiful with the Blue Ridge Mountains in the background. Love the fenced in area for the doggos so we don't have to worry about them getting into trouble investigating the area. The cabin has every amenity that we needed and we really enjoyed the fireplace. Looking forward to staying again!
absolutely loved our stay. The cabin was great, very comfortable, clean and the view was to die for. We even was treated to a day of snow flurries which made the whole trip.
We had the best relaxing week! We loved waking up to the beautiful sunrise Mountain View from the upstairs bedroom, enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub almost daily, loved venturing out hiking and having our pups with us too it all off. We will definitely be back!
