Cancellation & Deposit Policies
A 50% deposit is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 31 days before arrival. Cancellations made more than 31 days in advance will receive a refund minus a $65 fee; cancellations within 31 days are non-refundable unless rebooked.

This was one of the nicest VRBO experiences we’ve ever had. The home is beautiful, comfortable and has a very well equipped kitchen. There are many different areas to relax in, each with a view of the lake. The host was always helpful and easy to communicate with.
The house was beautiful, clean and well stocked. They even had treats and bowls for my dogs. There were tons of floats and paddle boards for the water, which made for an amazing day. We rented a boat from boundary Waters Marina and kept it at the private dock.
My rental experience went great. The home was clean and nice. The weather could've been better. Loved the fenced yard. Found a closer ramp for our boat. Lake was awesome. Would like a flattered yard to get to boat dock. I understand that's mountain life. Loved to cook so kitchen could've been more of a chef kitchen. I'm a rare breed on cooking and not going out. All in all great place. Thank you

Spacious house with a beautiful view overlooking the lake. Highly recommended especially if you plan to bring your fur baby. Two outside fenced areas for your fur babies to play. Location is close to Brasstown Bald GA’s highest point and Bell Mountain.
