Standard nightly rates for Holly Hollow, start at $195 per night. Weekly discounts apply for reservations seven (7) nights or longer. Higher rates apply for Peak and Holiday Seasons.

HH is a beautiful and is in a great location! We enjoyed the quiet and the paved roads. Inside the cabin was pretty and it had everything we needed.
This is a wonderful cabin with plenty of room for 2 couples to enjoy comfortably. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are on the same level with plenty of comfortable seating inside and outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. My only hesitation in highly recommending this cabin is that it might not be available the next time we want to go back to the mountains! Sliding Rock is always professional and we highly recommend them also.
Cabin was exactly as described and easy to find once we found the right road! So nice to be able to bring our fur babies and have them experience something new as well. Our only complaint was the fact that if you are elderly you cannot get to the fire pit or the hot tub as the stairs are much too steep. With that said we would recommend the cabin to those able to get around much easier.
Spent the weekend at Holly Hollow cabin. The cabin is lovely, clean and well-supplied. We were so comfortable and would recommend it highly.
We stayed at Holly Hollow in January, 2024. We booked a week, but had to arrive late due to weather at our home location. We then had to stay over a couple of days because of weather at our eventual destination in KY. Sliding Rock worked with us every step of the way and we were able to extend our stay with no problems. The cabin is very comfortable, spacious enough to 2 people and 2 dogs, and we were warm inside even with 4 degree temps outside. It was easy to find from the paper directions they sent us, and we were in the quiet woods just 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. This is one of the top 2 or 3 cabins we've stayed in over a 50 year history of renting vacation properties. Also, Sliding Rock is a very fair and flexible rental agency. We've booked with them for years in the Ellijay-Blue Ridge area. They are very responsive to the needs of their guests.
Nightly Rates are for up to four (4) guests. No additional guests are allowed. All cabins require a cleaning fee, along with a Non-Refundable Processing Fee, along with Taxes. All rates and seasons are subject to change. Rates include the holiday and surrounding nights.
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due thirty-one (31) days prior to arrival date. A refundable Security Deposit is required, along with a copy of a current picture identification, such as Driver’s License, Military, Firefighter, or Law Enforcement ID. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than thirty-one (31) days to arrival date, minus a $59 cancellation fee, plus tax. No refund offered for cancellations made thirty-one (31) days or less from arrival date.
