Cancellation & Deposit Policies
**A 50% deposit is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 31 days before arrival. Cancellations made more than 31 days in advance will receive a refund minus a $65 fee; cancellations within 31 days are non-refundable unless rebooked.

My husband and I had a great weekend with our greyhound at Highlands Cottage! It was perfect for a weekend of relaxing and watching football with a cozy fire. We loved walking through the neighborhood and seeing some festive lights! The cabin was stocked with everything we needed to cook and eat there!
This has to be our favorite little cottage. We’ve stayed with sliding rock multiple times. All of the special touches were fabulous!
Nice cabin, perfect size for two. Lots of wildlife in the mountains that come out at dusk, cool to watch. Very quiet.
Nice little cabin. Great fenced in yard for the dogs. It had everything we needed. Nice and clean.
We always love working with sliding rock. clean cozy cabins. It was hard to get to the fire pit, but worth the effort, and you cant beat the price! thank you for making a vacation doable with todays economy!
