Chicken Coop, is a beautifully decorated 3 Bedroom (King, King, Queen), 3 bathroom cabin on 5 acres in the highly desirable Coosawattee River Resort. Dog friendly, fenced yard, paved roads and easy access. Hot tub, screened porch, fireplace, WIFI, shuffleboard in loft. Tankless water heater. NO CATS PLEASE, owner is highly allergic.

• Main Floor: 1 king bedroom, 1 bath, Living Room with leather furniture, Dining area, Large Screened porch, Gas grill
• Upper Level: 1 King bedroom with private screened porch, 1 bath, loft with shuffleboard
• Patio Level: 1 Queen bedroom, 1 bath, Hot tub outside.

Dogs are welcome. NO cats allowed.

The fully equipped kitchen includes: Stainless appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker, coffee beans, and coffee grinder

The only items you’ll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW/EARLY DEPARTURE: Each cabin is privately owned and cancellations affect owners significantly. Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed received by Sliding Rock Cabins® more than thirty-one (31) days prior to the original check-in date in order to receive refund, less a Sixty Five Dollar ($65) cancellation fee. Said changes regardless of reason made within thirty-one (31) days of your original check-in date will result in a forfeiture of all moneys paid. All moneys paid are non-transferable to another rescheduled date. Refunds will be given if Agent can re-book said dates with another guest limited to the extent of rebooking. Agents are not responsible for Guests inability to arrive or if Guests chooses to depart early for any reason, or if members of Guests party do not show up. No refunds, rebates, or compensation will be offered. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST PURCHASING VACATION RENTAL INSURANCE with your travel insurance of choice. A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due thirty-one (31) days prior to arrival date. A refundable Security Deposit is required, along with a copy of a current picture identification, such as Driver’s License, Military, Firefighter, or Law Enforcement ID. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than thirty-one (31) days to arrival date, minus a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65) cancellation fee, plus tax. No refund offered for cancellations made thirty-one (31) days or less from arrival date.
