**A 50% deposit is due at booking, with the remaining balance due 31 days before arrival. Cancellations made more than 31 days in advance will receive a refund minus a $65 fee; cancellations within 31 days are non-refundable unless rebooked.

Extremely relaxing. Sitting on the porch listening to the breeze through the trees, the water rushing by below. Enjoyed Ellijay and Blue Ridge.
I had such a wonderful time. A truly amazing spot.
Last minute booking went seamless, and our expectations were exceeded! Everything was super clean, cozy, and comfortable. The sound of the river was so relaxing, we spent so much time on the porch and by the river. Our dogs were in heaven!! The hot tub was amazing,everything was just perfect. The ONLY drawback was the long staircase from the house to the river, but overall it was worth it- definitely recommend!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is beautiful and the sound of the river is so peaceful.
We had a great Spring Break getaway. The cabin was great and especially the sound of the water below. We would recommend this cabin to anyone. Great relaxing week.
