This lovely woodland cabin in Coosawattee River Resort has it all! It’s private, with 4 bedrooms (3 kings, 1 queen), 3.5 baths, 3 story, dog friendly (No Cats), small fenced area in the yard, hot tub, outdoor fireplace, fire-pit, pool table, air hockey, foos ball, WIFI, Washer/Dryer.

Bear Traxx, sleeps up to eight (8) guests and features the following:

• Main floor: Kitchen, living room with a 55 inch TV, gas log fireplace, and convenient half bath
• Main floor master with a king bed and 32 inch flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, jetted tub, water closet and separate shower
• Upstairs has a king size bedroom and a queen size bedroom, both with TV’s and a shared bathroom
• Upstairs also has an area with a sofa, TV, card table, and books for your reading pleasure
• Patio level that can be accessed through the cabin and a separate entry from outside, has a California King bedroom, with open ceiling, bathroom with a shower
• Patio level also has a pool table, air hockey, and foosball tables, and big screen TV, and outdoor hot tub.
• Central Heat and Air, Washer and Dryer
• Wireless Hi Speed Internet and Telephone
• Screen porch with wood burning fireplace
• Spa quality soap, hair dryers, and towels

The only items you’ll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Dogs are welcome with no size, weight, or breed restrictions. Please NO cats allowed. Because Sliding Rock Cabins® is truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your doggies: Large pet bed, food and water bowls, toys, treats, and beach towels.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW/EARLY DEPARTURE: Each cabin is privately owned and cancellations affect owners significantly. Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed received by Sliding Rock Cabins® more than thirty-one (31) days prior to the original check-in date in order to receive refund, less a Sixty Five Dollar ($65) cancellation fee. Said changes regardless of reason made within thirty-one (31) days of your original check-in date will result in a forfeiture of all moneys paid. All moneys paid are non-transferable to another rescheduled date. Refunds will be given if Agent can re-book said dates with another guest limited to the extent of rebooking. Agents are not responsible for Guests inability to arrive or if Guests chooses to depart early for any reason, or if members of Guests party do not show up. No refunds, rebates, or compensation will be offered. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST PURCHASING VACATION RENTAL INSURANCE with your travel insurance of choice. A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due thirty-one (31) days prior to arrival date. A refundable Security Deposit is required, along with a copy of a current picture identification, such as Driver’s License, Military, Firefighter, or Law Enforcement ID. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than thirty-one (31) days to arrival date, minus a Sixty-Five Dollar ($65) cancellation fee, plus tax. No refund offered for cancellations made thirty-one (31) days or less from arrival date.
