Cancellation, Rescheduling, No Show, and Early Departure Policies:
At Sliding Rock Cabins®, each cabin is privately owned, and cancellations significantly impact the owners. Please review our policy below:
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- More than 31 Days Before Check-in:
Cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed by Sliding Rock Cabins® at least 31 days before your original check-in date. A $65 cancellation fee will apply. Refunds will be processed for the amount paid, minus the cancellation fee. - Within 31 Days of Check-in:
Cancellations or changes made within 31 days of your check-in date will result in forfeiture of all payments. No refunds will be provided, and the reservation is non-transferable. - Rebooking:
If we can rebook your dates with another guest, a refund will be issued based on the rebooking, but this is limited to the amount we can rebook.
No Show and Early Departure
- No Show:
If you fail to show up for your reservation or choose to depart early, no refunds, rebates, or compensation will be offered. - Early Departure:
If you choose to leave early for any reason, no refund will be provided.
Vacation Rental Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing vacation rental insurance through your preferred travel insurance provider. For details on coverage, visit the CSA Travel Policy Coverage.
Reservation and Payment Terms
- Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required when making a reservation. - Balance Due:
The remaining balance is due 31 days before your scheduled arrival date. - Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit is required, along with a current picture ID (e.g., Driver’s License, Military ID, Firefighter ID, or Law Enforcement ID). - Refund Policy for Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 31 days before arrival will receive a refund, minus the $65 cancellation fee, plus tax.
- No refund is offered for cancellations made 31 days or less before arrival.
