Understand Our Policies and Procedures

Just like with any other business, Sliding Rock Cabins enacts certain policies and procedures to help transactions run smoothly and correctly. Upon rental of one of our cabins, guests are required to fill out, sign, and fax our Cabin Rental Agreement. This ensures that all guests are aware of the rules that are in place before their arrival. These rules are for the purpose of keeping all of our guests and owners safe and happy.

Some of these policies and guidelines include:

  • An age requirement. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check into their cabin.
  • The need to notify Sliding Rock Cabins of any cancelations or rescheduling 30 days prior to check in date.
  • Occupancy limits. Each cabin specifies how many guests are allowed to stay.
  • No smoking. Smoking inside of cabins is prohibited but you may smoke outside as long as cigarette butts are properly disposed of. Keep our environment looking beautiful!
