Riverside Escape

Great time!

This cabin was the perfect pick for us. My teen's loved the pool table, and my husband loved that Whitepath Golf Club was less than 10 minutes away.

We had a lovely stay in your comfy cabin at Thanksgiving was very special here at Riverside Escape. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed. Everything was/is very clean, and we strived to maintain its cleanliness. I hope we were successful! We will be back! Please accept our thanks and gratitude! Jo Ann and family

This cabin was absolutely beautiful and perfect for my hubs, 3 of our grandchildren, and me! We made fun memories here! The cabin was huge and everyone said they slept like babies every night! The sounds of the creek were so relaxing while we sat in the swing on the porch! We made a nice fire in the fire pit and made yummy s'mores! We brought our 3 dogs, and the owners pet friendly cabin was just that! They had a fenced in area for them to do their business, which made it very easy to clean up after them! They also had gates that could keep them off the porch or allowed them to roam around on the entire porch! We brought a baby gate which we used to block off the steps leading down to the front yard (our youngest granddaughter is 4), so this gave us peace of mind, and our dogs crate to keep them secure when we left for a few hours to celebrate Christmas with our son and his family! The jacuzzi was nice with Bluetooth and speakers to listen to good music while you relax! There were several steps to get down to the creek to fish! There was also a nice extended deck off the jacuzzi deck with table and chairs to chill or fish from. The cabin had fishing poles available too! The kitchen had nice appliances, utensils, and pots and pans! Kitchen had everything you needed to cook! All you need are spices and condiments! Shopping was literally 12 min away. Ingles and a super Walmart! There was a Keurig coffee maker with both pot or k cup choices! There was also coffee beans and coffee beans grinder on a nice coffee bar! They also had creamer and sugar in the fridge! There were dog treats and poop bags too. The fireplace was gas logs and kept the main floor very warm! There were TVs in all of the bedrooms! The cabin was a smart house and I am sure it was cool if you knew how to use it! lol. The pool table kept the kids busy! And there was a cabinet full of games. We only had to call one time to figure out the main floor TV and the person who helped us was very helpful and very friendly! She talked us through it and we were up and running within minutes! The cabin had WiFi! There was a nice laundry room! They supplied 4 detergent pods to start you off with! The main floor had a very comfy couch! Kitchen table was big enough for 6 people. The main bedroom had king size bed which was very comfortable! Upstairs had another king size bed! It was a nice size room! Both the main bedroom and upstairs bedroom had their own bathroom with beautiful showers! Downstairs there was bunk beds and another bedroom with a queen size bed! There was also a tub/shower combo downstairs off the bunk beds! There was a room with a couch and tv as well! There was a mud room like area that lead to the back door! There were brooms and mops and vacuums to clean with! I just can’t say enough about this place! It was perfect and hard to leave! We will be back for sure!!!!
