Take Me To The River is a beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, with a nice flat yard, sitting on the Coosawattee River. Relax and enjoy the large open living area, maybe enjoy meals on the screened porch, or have a rousing game of Ping Pong. The ever popular gated community of Georgia’s Coosawattee River Resort has lots of activities for adults and kids. And as always pets stay free.

The only items you’ll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
Cats and Dogs are welcome with no size, weight, or breed restrictions.
Because Sliding Rock Cabins® is truly pet friendly, we provide the following amenities for your pets: Large pet bed, food and water bowls, toys, treats, and beach towels.

We rented this beautiful cabin to celebrate a 50th birthday and so was it worth it. We have no complaints about our stay. After 7 days we still did not want to leave. As in other reviews, the deer where abundant and not afraid. The river was so relaxing to look at. We tried our hand at fishing and the only thing we caught was a great time. Unlike other reviews, we had no issue with the internet. We are already looking to see when we can take time to go back.
We enjoyed a wonderful vacation. During that time my Facebook was hacked. I have finally been able to recover the account from the hacker in New York!
After many days in the Blue Ridge Mountains we are in love with the area! We can't thank Jeannine Serpas Parker & Allen D. Parker Jr for inviting us to "Take Me to the River" Sliding Rock Cabins - North Georgia Vacation Rentals. So wonderful!
My husband and I had a great time there. Our 10 lb dog did too. We are definitely come back this year.
We had a wonderful time at the Cabin. My 2 dogs were very comfortable here with us. We got the chance to explore the area as well as experience traveling every which way to find the cabin on friday as the Fife Bridge was closed and under construction and no one seemed to know. Ingred at the Sliding Rock Office was the gem to help us find the property. this is not a complaint because we saw so many wonderful places. I would stay at this cabin no doubt! Only suggestion would be a RAKE to move leaves around the pet area. My Dogs are Florida raised and one didnt particulary like leaves. LOL
We had a great time and will plan another trip once it becomes available.
We loved it! The dogs swam all day every day! The cabin was beautiful and comfortable.
Nightly Rates are for up to four (4) guests. No additional guests are allowed. All cabins require a cleaning fee, along with a Non-Refundable Processing Fee, along with Taxes. All rates and seasons are subject to change. Rates include the holiday and surrounding nights.
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due thirty-one (31) days prior to arrival date. A refundable Security Deposit is required, along with a copy of a current picture identification, such as Driver’s License, Military, Firefighter, or Law Enforcement ID. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than thirty-one (31) days to arrival date, minus a $59 cancellation fee, plus tax. No refund offered for cancellations made thirty-one (31) days or less from arrival date.
