Cozy Bear Cabin

Cozy Bear Cabin is a professionally decorated, 1 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath cabin in highly desirable Coosawattee River Resort. It offers a split floorplan for privacy. It was built in 2022 on 0.63 acre and is dog friendly with easy access.

• Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with TV and a bathroom with double sinks and walk in Shower
• Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with TV and full size bathroom
• Cozy living room with Fireplace and TV
• All 3 TV’s have Youtube TV and Firestick
• The exterior offers many covered porches, firepit and paved driveway.

The fully equipped kitchen includes: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker, coffee beans, and coffee grinder.

The only items you’ll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Housebroken, well-behaved dogs are allowed.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW/EARLY DEPARTURE: Each cabin is privately owned and cancellations affect owners significantly. Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed received by Sliding Rock Cabins® more than thirty-one (31) days prior to the original check-in date in order to receive refund, less a Sixty Five Dollar ($65) cancellation fee. Said changes regardless of reason made within thirty-one (31) days of your original check-in date will result in a forfeiture of all moneys paid. All moneys paid are non-transferable to another rescheduled date. Refunds will be given if Agent can re-book said dates with another guest limited to the extent of rebooking. Agents are not responsible for Guests inability to arrive or if Guests chooses to depart early for any reason, or if members of Guests party do not show up. No refunds, rebates, or compensation will be offered. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST PURCHASING VACATION RENTAL INSURANCE with your travel insurance of choice. Please Note: Sliding Rock Cabins requires the following when reserving a cabin:

Standard nightly rates for Cozy Bear Cabin, start at $175 per night, Weekly discounts apply for reservations seven (7) nights or longer. Higher rates apply for Peak and Holiday Seasons.

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due thirty-one (31) days prior to arrival date. A refundable Security Deposit is required, along with a copy of a current picture identification, such as Driver’s License, Military, Firefighter, or Law Enforcement ID. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than thirty-one (31) days to arrival date, minus a $59 cancellation fee, plus tax. No refund offered for cancellations made thirty-one (31) days or less from arrival date.
