We have a minimum stay of
two (2)nights for all non-holiday stays. We have a three (3) night
minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 04th of July, Labor Day, Month of
October, and Christmas (sorry no check-in on Christmas Day). And for
Thanksgiving we have a four (4) night minimum stay (sorry no check-ins on
Thanksgiving Day)
A
fifty percent (50%) deposit is
required when
making reservations. The balance will be due twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival
date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one
(21)
days to arrival date, minus a $30 cancellation fee. No refund offered for
cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
