10% discount on 2 to 6 night rentals,
Seven or more nights -- 7th night free, plus an additional 5% discount.

A Note: Due to the popularity of our Special's Page, availability is limited to the first guest that calls during Normal Business Hours, Monday through Friday, 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM EST or reserves online. All discounts apply to your choice of any of the available cabins. Availability is of course limited and the first guests that call will be the first reserved.
All reservations are subject to our Cancellation Policy.

We have a minimum stay of two (2)nights for all non-holiday stays. We have a three (3) night minimum stay for New Years, Memorial Day, 04th of July, Labor Day, Month of October, and Christmas (sorry no check-in on Christmas Day). And for Thanksgiving we have a four (4) night minimum stay (sorry no check-ins on Thanksgiving Day)

A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required when making reservations. The balance will be due twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival date. Deposits will be returned for cancellations made more than twenty-one (21) days to arrival date, minus a $30 cancellation fee. No refund offered for cancellations made twenty-one (21) days or less to arrival date.
